What Is The Challenge Banger?

First things first - just what in the heck was Wulf Mods smoking when they came up with the Challenge Banger? Well the short answer is our new Dab Rigs, but the longer explanation is that we wanted to create a Banger that doesn’t just function, but flourish.

We knew we wanted a banger that was larger than life, so to ensure everything stayed sturdy and durable we went with high quality borosilicate glass materials in the construction of the Challenge Banger, a decision that has resulted in an imposing, yet incredibly resistant piece.

On the sides of the Challenge Banger, you will notice numbers going from 1 - 7 with the final 8th notch being the very tippy top of the banger itself. This gives you the ability to see just how high the terp pillar is being raised, all with real numerical values to make quantifying the best dabber actually possible.

No more hearsay or speculation, thanks to the help of the Challenge Banger you are able to get down right scientific with your dabbing!

To ensure as many water pipes, rigs, and other glass pieces were compatible with the Challenge Banger - we chose a common 14mm joint size popular with many manufacturers out there today. This lets you plug and play the Challenge Banger with any compatible glass, making bringing it over to the homies place for an impromptu dab gauntlet easy.

Thus the 8 Inch Challenge Banger was born, a super sized banger that defies the odds and actually offers something entirely brand new for your sessions.

How Does The Challenge Banger Work?

So what’s all of this look like in action? Well first off you gotta choose a compatible 14mm piece to attach your banger to, this can be a water pipe, a bubbler, a rig, or anything else that has the correct joint.

Be careful when attaching, the Challenge Banger is one big old boy which means you are going to either use an equally tall pipe, hold the piece up while hitting it, or rest it on the edge of a table so that it hangs off safely.

No matter which set up you choose, using the Challenge Banger is ultimately the same as another piece - heat the base of the challenge banger until it’s reached your desired head, load some concentrate on your tool, and then apply it to the rounded slurper bottom of the banger.

From here you inhale just like any other piece, but with the added twist being that the more you pull on the piece the higher the terp pillar within will rise. This means the larger cloud you rip, the higher and longer the terp pillar will be suspended - giving you the empirical proof needed to undertake the challenge.

The Wulf Mods Challenge

The goal of the Wulf Mods Challenge is for you to see how high you can get the terp pillar to rise within your banger and for how long. The higher you get the terp pillar to rise, the more points you score towards being the ultimate dabber in your pack.

For even more of a challenge, break out a timer on your phone and see how long you and your friends can get the terp pillar to rise for. For example if you were able to get the pillar up to 6 for 5 seconds, you’d score 30pts (height x time) and if your friends rose the pillar to 7 for 3 seconds, they’d score 21 - thus crowning you the champion that round.

You can keep going round after round to make the challenge an endurance test, or simply go for a one-and-done to see who can rip the best dabs when the pressure is really on. Now that you understand the point system, you can manipulate the parameters to add your own twist to the challenge.

Remember that it’s not just about how high the terp pillar gets, but how long you can keep it at the height. This challenge isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon! Meant to sift out the true dabbers from imitators and let you rightfully crown yourself the dabbing champion on your Pack.
