So I absolutely love my torch pens and I ended up buying four, unfortunately they were getting weird and not sparking. So I did a claim on three of them and not even a week later I now have 3 new ones in the mail coming to me. All I had to do was cover the $6.50 shipping and Viola's
Most companies have a warranty on their items but some how they always get around having to replace their products. I will say that I recommend this company and their products whole heartedly and I will continue to buy their products!! I highly recommend buying from them!!!
